Experience on site is good, sometimes can be busy so it's advisable to arrive 15 minutes early. 
However the communication (email, post...) with patients and between specialists is very poor.

An operation which I had no understanding was fully explained by Dr Chaudhary her patience in explaining was comfortable and tolerant to questions. The operation was carried out as explained and I felt comfortable at all times. The end result was as explained at the start and I have good distance vision which I have never had,  my close vision needs glasses which again I was told. The after care has been nice and friendly.

Laser Eye Surgery (LASIK/PRK/LASEK)

Vision Correction Surgery

I had a great experience with Lumivision! I had been wearing contact lenses for 15+ years and unfortunately suffered a corneal ulcer which in turn made me decide to look into laser surgery.
I had a consultation with Mr Jain who advised that I wait a little longer before going ahead with the surgery to ensure that any infection had cleared up and give the scarring on my cornea time to heal as much as possible. He also advised that we move forward with LASEK so that any potential infection in the future would be easier treated.
The surgery went very smoothly and the whole process was complete within 30 minutes. The whole team at Lumivision were incredibly welcoming and Mr Jain talked me through the process step by step as he completed the surgery.
The healing process is slower than with LASIK and I was in pain for a few days afterwards with sensitivity to light but this was explained to me beforehand and Mr Jain gave me his personal number in case I needed to contact him for advice (I did not need to contact and made sure to get plenty of rest and use eye drops as directed!)
My 6 month check up was last week and I now have 20/10 vision which is better than I had ever imagined! Dryness is very rare for me and I’m very happy that I went ahead with the surgery! My previous prescription was around -4.00 in each eye so the improvement is incredible!
