Dr Plichta is always very welcoming and explains everything. Her gentleness on surgery procedures is to be recommended.. She has a lot of people to see but whilst being treated she does not appear to be rushing you. She makes you feel relaxed. She is an asset to the surgery and as I am told she is leaving I would like to wish her well. A loss to the practice assuredly.
