My appointment was booked over the phone for 9.45am 3/2/23 as the practice had called me to say my impressions were back , turned up to find no appointment had been put in the dentists diary , when asked how that could happen the receptionist was so rude and her attitude towards me was appalling and she came across with that attitude I heard when dealing with everyone whilst I was waiting In reception for it to be resolved that she just didn’t want to be there and an appalling employee for your company , she refused to give her name when asked hence this complaint

We waited for hours and didnt receive any treatment. The dentist did not listen to what I had to say, only looked at one of my two problems and insisted on a private appointment. The dentist also prescribed antibiotics when there was no sign of infection. I am very unhappy about my experience at Damira

My husband and I have been patients at this practice since it begun, our dentist Fabio who is great is currently on paternity leave, so we saw another practice dentist named Omar, first time seeing this dentist and we are equally happy. So friendly it didn't feel as if we had just met Omar for the first time, another successful visit. Keep up the great work all, very happy patients.
