My experience with Dr. Pixie McKenna is that she was a very respectful and personable doctor, who spent the majority of the time listening to me and intervened only when it was absolutely necessary, to divert the conversation and direct the consultation in the right direction towards providing me with the care that I should receive, as someone who has an issue and therefore needs a specialist opinion in the future most probably.

Dr Pixie has all the qualities in a doctor that you want. She always thinks one steps ahead and does all necessary to reassure you to make things less stressful. She is so open and easy to talk to, never leaves you feeling dismissed. She explains things well and goes through her thought process which I really like. Theres always a plan A and B and after talking to her I always feel better knowing that improvement in my health is around the corner or I'm one step closer to figuring out the issue. She always gets back to me quickly and sends results over when they're ready. Pixie is honest and direct and I think thats the best way to be. I appreciate and value her opinion always. Every specialist she has referred me to have been excellent and was given a heads up about my reason for my visit which is always helpful. Pixie is an excellent doctor, efficient, kind and caring (and has a great sense of humour which always helps). I am someone that finds it difficult to trust doctors as I have been disappointed many times, but I totally trust Pixie. If I was in a position to not be able to make a decision for myself, I would totally trust Pixie (and Sera) and know she would make the right one!

I have had skin concerns that have been troubling me for years but Dr McKenna acknowledged this and put me at ease. She explored all the options there were for me, both short term and long term and I left the consultation feeling positive. Highly recommend!

Dr McKenna was amazing, she really listened to my concerns and needs and took time to explain some issues. I felt like I could tell her any concern, however minor and she would take it seriously. I always leave knowing that I got the best treatment there is.
