Dr Pamela Brown

Dr Pamela Brown is a highly dedicated Consultant Cardiologist who specialises in advanced cardiac imaging and heart failure management. With a patient-centred approach, she is committed to delivering comprehensive cardiovascular care, ensuring that each individual receives a tailored treatment plan. Her clinical practice encompasses a wide range of cardiac conditions, with a particular focus on supporting patients through complex cardiac journeys.

As an expert Cardiologist, Dr Brown has developed significant expertise in advanced echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). She has a profound interest in managing heart failure, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and adult congenital heart disease. Additionally, she provides specialised care for women experiencing heart disease during pregnancy, working collaboratively to ensure safe and optimal outcomes. Her leadership as a Clinical Director in imaging and heart failure highlights her commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.

Dr Brown completed her medical degree (MBBS) at the University of Newcastle, qualifying in 2008. She subsequently undertook her specialist training in the North East of England. Committed to advancing medical knowledge, she pursued postgraduate research, earning a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Manchester in 2021 following a dedicated research period at a major teaching hospital in Manchester.
