About Dr Stephanie Kayode
Dr Stephanie Kayode is a Consultant Allergist at Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, one of the UK’s leading tertiary allergy centres. She works within an internationally recognised Centre of Excellence, where her role combines specialist patient care, service development and academic collaboration. She is among a small number of consultants in the UK formally listed on the GMC Specialist Register in Allergy.
Dr Kayode provides expert care for adults with a wide range of allergic conditions, including food and drug allergy, anaphylaxis, urticaria, angioedema, venom allergy, and complex allergy disorders. She has extensive experience in food and drug provocation testing, immunotherapy and multidisciplinary allergy clinics, working closely with dietitians, specialist nurses and medical trainees. Alongside her clinical work, she leads service improvements aimed at improving access and quality of care for patients.
She is actively involved in national policy, education and research. Dr Kayode is a Trustee of Allergy UK and contributes to NHS England Specialised Commissioning for Allergy and Immunology. She has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and regularly presents her work at major national and international conferences, including EAACI and BSACI meetings.
Dr Kayode is a member of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, holds a Certificate of Excellence in the EAACI/UEMS Knowledge Examination in Allergology and Clinical Immunology, and is a Topol Digital Fellow. Her practice is grounded in an evidence-based, multidisciplinary and patient-centred approach, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, personalised allergy care.
