Dr Omar Rana is a dentist based at Perfect Smile Dental in Wokingham. He is known for his kind and gentle approach and endeavours to treat patients the way he would want to be treated.

He is passionate about all aspects of dentistry, with a particular interest in Invisalign.

Dr Rana earned his BDS from the University of Manchester in 2008 before working in a prestigious practice in Edinburgh for more than 10 years, providing high-level general dentistry to a varied patient base. Here, he was able to develop strong relationships with his patients and gain invaluable insight into maintaining oral health and monitoring treatment techniques that deliver long-lasting outcomes.

He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons and has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in order to provide his patients with top-quality dental care. He has trained in restorative dentistry and a number of other areas under some of the most renowned dental clinicians.

Outside of work, Dr Rana enjoys spending time with his two young daughters, usually taking them on nature walks or exploring the local countryside. Recently, he has raised funds and worked with a charity in Lebanon to help displaced Syrian refugees and distribute essential aid.
