Mr Noweed Ahmad

Mr Noweed Ahmad is a highly accomplished Consultant ENT Surgeon who specialises in otology, neurotology, and skull base surgery. He is dedicated to providing advanced care for both adult and paediatric patients experiencing complex ear, nose, and throat conditions. With a patient-centred approach, Mr Ahmad focuses on delivering reassuring, high-quality clinical outcomes, particularly in the restoration of hearing and the management of intricate skull base disorders.

As a leading Consultant in auditory implants, Mr Ahmad has a particular interest in cochlear implant surgery. He has achieved notable milestones in this field, including performing complex procedures on patients of all ages, from young children to centenarians. In addition to his clinical work, he is deeply committed to humanitarian efforts, having co-founded and served as the Director of a major international charitable cochlear implant programme that provides life-changing hearing care to underprivileged children. His clinical expertise also extends to facial plastics, general and advanced ENT surgery, and the provision of expert medicolegal reports as a Medicolegal Expert in cases of industrial deafness, personal injury, and clinical negligence.

Mr Ahmad completed his medical degree, obtaining a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Manchester, alongside a Bachelor of Science with Honours. He went on to earn a Master of Science with Distinction in Audiology from University College London, making him one of the few Consultant ENT Surgeons in the United Kingdom to hold this dual qualification as an Audiologist. His postgraduate training includes a Diploma in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (DOHNS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCS) and has completed advanced surgical fellowships in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
