Dr. Niyati Lobo was receptive, thoughtful, and made me feel heard. She took on my concerns seriously and drew up a treatment plan with contingencies, which was clearly communicated to me in our consultation and to my GP. I'm very grateful for her care.

The doctor was very engaging, very easy to understand. She was very clear about what would happen, how it would feel and how long it would last. She told me what she was going to do and did it exactly as described. She checked for my understanding at several points and I was very reassured that she was concerned about my wellbeing during the entire process. Excellent.

I was fortunate enough to be a patient of Dr Lobo for a cystoscopy and follow up consultation. Dr Lobo was excellent. I Was not looking forward to the procedure and was also worried about possible implications and findings. Dr Lobo did a first class job in putting me at my ease.
