Fantastic experience with Dr Niyati Lobo she is an absolute professional,highly knowledgeable, approachable and deeply caring. She quickly diagnosed my condition a provided a seamless treatment plan aiming to give me my quality of life back. The clinic staff and the reception desk team at the Welbeck and her medical secretary were also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Thank you Dr Lobo I am incredibly grateful.

From arrival at reception through to having the cystoscopy went very smooth, friendly overall and a good experience

Dr Lobo was very helpful with full explanation about what was happening. During the procedure, everything was explained and I was extremely confident and relaxed. Her explanation of the results was excellent and I had no further questions. She was very confident and very nice person, she understood my situation and was very knowledgeable. I loved her manner.

Dr. Niyati Lobo was very clear, thorough and before, during and after the cystoscopy she went through everything in detail, explaining what was going to happen, what we were seeing on the screen, etc. She was very professional, but also made me feel at ease straight away with normal conversation. Considering what the procedure was, Dr Niyati Lobo made it as good as it could possibly be

She asked my thoughts on this and then clearly described this future activity and answered all of my questions. Dr. Niyati Lobo was receptive, thoughtful, and made me feel heard. She took on my concerns seriously and drew up a treatment plan with contingencies, which was clearly communicated to me in our consultation and to my GP. I'm very grateful for her care.

She told me what she was going to do and did it exactly as described.
