Mr Nick Godshaw

Nick Godshaw is a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist with a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy. Currently in his third year of an integrated master’s in Osteopathy, Nick brings a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics to his practice.

Combining hands-on expertise with clinical insight, Nick uses techniques such as soft tissue release, neuromuscular work, and personalised strengthening exercises to support his clients in achieving their physical health goals. He takes a tailored approach to every session, ensuring that each treatment is aligned with the individual’s needs, whether that’s recovering from an injury, relieving muscle tension, or enhancing overall mobility and performance.
