If you are thinking about having therapy or have had previous therapy and it was rubbish (because let's face it not every therapist dose suit your needs and or your expectations) well you won't be disappointed with Kahv!

I have had multiple therapist and councilng sessions, with NHS and privately paid therapists and I can't belive the difference between them and Kahv. I have never gotten so much from therapy before, me and my partner (who is male and struggled with the idea of therapy) have truly gotten so much out of the sessions, individually and as partners.

Not only is Kahv professionally freindly, she is relatable without crossing any boundaries, you feel like your talking to a real person who cares and wants the best for you, not just someone being paid to sit there and listen.

It mind sound like over kill to some people but Kahv literally changed mine and my partners life, I truly don't think me and my partner would be together still to this day (happily and healthy together) if it wasnt for kahv.

Individually we have grown so much too and can't thank Kahv enough for this!

If your reading this, this is your sign, do the therapy! 🤗

I am truly grateful to Dr. Jade Thomas for the support and guidance she gave me over the course of approximately nine months. From the beginning, she made me feel safe, comfortable, and able to speak openly without fear of judgement.

Dr. Jade was always professional, kind, and understanding, and I really valued having a space where I felt listened to and supported. What made my experience particularly meaningful was that she didn't just help me work through things during our sessions; she also gave me practical tools and strategies that I can carry with me and continue to use in the long term.

Looking back, I really appreciate the time I spent working with her and the care she showed throughout our sessions. It meant a great deal to have someone I could trust and feel at ease with, particularly when discussing things that weren't always easy.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jade to anyone looking for a therapist who combines professionalism with genuine compassion and understanding. I am very thankful for the experience and for the tools she has helped me develop, which I know will continue to support me well into the future.
