Mrs Nichola Wilding

Nichola Wilding is a chartered physiotherapist. Nichola is passionate about providing effective, evidence-based physiotherapy and believes in involving the patient in all aspects of their treatment. This ensures patients can work together with Nichola to achieve their goals. Nichola is committed to tailoring treatment options to each individual patient's needs.

They have a particular interest in treating both acute and chronic pain, including back and neck pain, and upper and lower limb conditions. Nichola also has a keen interest in sporting injuries and longer-term conditions such as arthritis.

To help manage symptoms, Nichola utilises a variety of treatment approaches. These include manual therapy, taping, soft tissue release work and Pilates-based exercises.
