Dr Neil Maredia

Dr Neil Maredia is a Consultant Cardiologist who specialises in advanced cardiac diagnostics and heart disease management. He focuses primarily on non-invasive cardiac imaging techniques and the comprehensive care of patients presenting with heart failure and ischaemic heart disease. Through his expertise in advanced cardiovascular assessment, he works to deliver precise diagnoses and tailored management plans to support optimal heart health.

Dr Maredia earned his medical degree, MBChB with Honours, from the University of Manchester in 2000. He further advanced his academic research and clinical expertise by completing a Doctorate of Medicine (MD) at the University of Leeds in 2011. In recognition of his clinical standards and dedication to the field, he was elected a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP London), maintaining active professional membership with the college.

In his clinical practice, Dr Maredia holds a particular interest in Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Imaging (CMR). This advanced diagnostic tool enables detailed characterisation of cardiac structure, left ventricular function, myocardial perfusion, and tissue viability without exposure to radiation.
