Ms Natalie Turner

Ms Natalie Turner is a physiotherapist at OSD Healthcare and the Royal Free NHS Trust. She specialises in a number of areas including the management of long term and progressive neurological conditions and the management of tone and spasticity (including splints). She also carries out rehabilitation following neurological events and injuries (such as stroke, Guillain-Bare Syndrome, and spinal cord injuries) as well as vestibular and balance rehabilitation and training.

Ms Turner loves treating her patients and takes pride in seeing their progression to achieving their rehabilitation goals or managing their neurological conditions. She takes a patient-centric and holist approach to therapy and sets realistic goals for her patients, helping them to gain independence and control whilst improving their neuromuscular ability.

Ms Turner found her passion for neurological conditions early on in her career and has since spent time working over a range of specialist areas including neurosurgery, stroke, and neuromedical. She ensures to keep up-to-date with the latest techniques and treatments to give her patients the best possible outcome. She has taken additional courses in postural assessment, the Bobath approach to therapy, and is a qualified acupuncturist which can help with pain management.

Outside of physiotherapy, Ms Tuner has a busy life and particularly enjoys running for both her physical and mental health. She also loves the outdoors and often goes camping with her family.
