Dr Abbas is the most professional person in his manner and knowledge that he explains to the patient,he shares his ability in a fully understanding informed way.
Emphatic doctor who listens to my concerns and reassures. Explained the procedure/what-to-expect well. Covers everything thoroughly. Lovely bedside manner.
I had my first appointment with Dr Abbas and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. I was quite worried about my health, but he was incredibly patient and reassuring throughout the whole visit. Even though it was a very busy day, he took his time with me and made sure I felt listened to and supported. He arranged for my blood test and X-ray to be done the same day, which I really appreciated, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. What stood out the most was that he personally called me the next day to explain the results clearly and reassure me about what was going on. The treatment was professional, the attention to detail was excellent, and the customer service was genuinely amazing. Thank you, Dr Abbas. God bless you.
