I had my first appointment with Dr Abbas and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. I was quite worried about my health, but he was incredibly patient and reassuring throughout the whole visit. Even though it was a very busy day, he took his time with me and made sure I felt listened to and supported. He arranged for my blood test and X-ray to be done the same day, which I really appreciated, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. What stood out the most was that he personally called me the next day to explain the results clearly and reassure me about what was going on. The treatment was professional, the attention to detail was excellent, and the customer service was genuinely amazing. Thank you, Dr Abbas. God bless you.

Dr Abbas is a really nice caring and dedicated Dr. Explaining all the investigations he is requesting and needs for them. Very reassuring and positive. All round brilliant experience. Also takes a few minutes before consultations to ask how you are, and genuinely seems like he cares! Brilliant NHS Dr!
