Dr Nadia Hassan

Dr Nadia Hassan is an accomplished Consultant General Paediatrician who serves as a Clinical Lead in child health and neonatology. She provides high-quality, compassionate care to infants, children, and young people, managing a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families, Dr Hassan ensures that young patients receive attentive, personalised care tailored to their individual developmental and health needs.

Dr Hassan completed her primary medical degree at Sind Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, qualifying in 2001. She subsequently completed postgraduate Paediatric Specialist Training in the United Kingdom. Her dedication to clinical excellence and patient safety is supported by specialised training in paediatric resuscitation, emergency management, and child protection standards.

With broad expertise across multiple domains of child health, Dr Hassan maintains clinical interests in General Paediatrics, Ambulatory Paediatrics, Neonatal Medicine, and Paediatric Oncology. Additionally, she fulfils key governance roles, including acting as a Named Doctor for Safeguarding Children, ensuring that high standards of child safety and welfare are consistently upheld across patient services.
