Dr Nabil Kibriya

Dr Nabil Kibriya is an experienced Consultant Interventional Radiologist specialising in diagnostic and therapeutic image-guided procedures. His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, and oncological imaging, alongside complex non-vascular interventional radiology. Dr Kibriya works closely within multi-disciplinary teams to ensure patients receive precise diagnostic evaluations and individualised treatment plans, prioritising patient safety, comfort, and high-quality clinical outcomes.

Dr Kibriya earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Guy's, King's and St Thomas' Medical School, University of London, qualifying in 2002. During his undergraduate medical training, he also completed an intercalated Bachelor of Science with Honours (BSc Hons) in Physiology. He subsequently underwent postgraduate specialist radiology training in Liverpool, culminating in a dedicated fellowship in oncology intervention in Manchester. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR).

Throughout his career, Dr Kibriya has maintained a strong focus on advanced, minimally invasive image-guided therapies. He has extensive expertise in innovative ablative and embolisation techniques, including chemoembolisation, selective internal radiation therapy, microwave ablation, and irreversible electroporation. In addition to delivering patient-focused clinical care, Dr Kibriya serves as an Educational Supervisor and national proctor, contributing to postgraduate medical education, research, and the training of fellow medical specialists in complex interventional procedures.
