Dr Myles Connor

Dr Myles Connor is an accomplished Consultant Neurologist who provides expert clinical care for patients experiencing complex neurological conditions. Dedicated to delivering thorough, compassionate, and patient-centred medical attention, Dr Connor evaluates and manages a broad spectrum of disorders affecting the central and peripheral nervous systems. His clinical practice focuses on diagnostic assessments, individualised treatment strategies, and ongoing management to help patients maintain the highest quality of life.

Dr Connor has established expertise in Stroke Medicine, Movement Disorders, and neuro-epidemiology. His clinical work encompasses the evaluation and treatment of Parkinson's disease, atypical movement disorders, functional neurological disorders, and motor neurone disease. In addition, Dr Connor possesses specialist knowledge in cerebrovascular conditions and the neurological manifestations of systemic infectious diseases. He works closely within multidisciplinary teams to ensure each patient receives comprehensive, coordinated care.

Dr Connor completed his medical degree, earning a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, and subsequently completed advanced postgraduate research leading to a Doctor of Philosophy. He holds professional fellowships including Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, Fellowship of the College of Physicians of South Africa, and Fellowship of the College of Neurologists of South Africa. Alongside his clinical practice, he serves as a National Training Programme Director and holds academic appointments as an Honorary Senior Lecturer and Honorary Senior Researcher, actively contributing to medical education and scientific research.
