I cannot recommend Lucy enough. I had the Botox injection as treatment for RCPD, and Lucy was very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and anxieties, and made me feel reassured. I am very grateful to have been treated by such a pleasant doctor. Thank you Lucy.

Lucy was very informative and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was done with such professionalism and minimal discomfort. I have already noticed improvement and relief from my symptoms only 3 days later.

Ms Lucy Hicklin was very welcoming on arrival and put me at ease promptly. After going over all my symptoms and any information I needed to know about the RCPD treatment she went ahead with the procedure which was very quick and painless. Hoping to see some progress in the next couple of days as this will be life changing for me.

Dr Hicklin explained everything well, was pleasant to speak to, and did the injection quickly and expertly. The injection itself felt only slightly uncomfortable.

I was kept waiting for over half an hour and would have appreciated a member of the team letting me know that Ms Hicklin was running late and how long a delay to expect. Otherwise a very satisfactory experience and I am really glad that my GP suggested I pursue treatment with Ms Hicklin. She is clearly a trail blazer in her field and i hope the treatment of Cricopharyngeal dysfunction will one day become available on the NHS.
