Simone's practice is based on Functional Medicine principles to develop a personalized treatment. She is familiar with functional laboratory testing. Typical treatment would consist of one hour initial consultation followed by 2 further consultations. Results may start to show within this time frame.

Simone is simply the best nutritionist ever and we are lucky to have her in London! She is very experienced and has a holistic approach to nutrition. It's not just about the weight loss but mainly about being healthy and energetic! I had never managed to lose the extra weight gained over the past 20 years despite trying different methods (chrononutrition, various diets...) over and over again. Simone taught me how to break my bad habits, create new healthy ones, and learn about nutrition without ever feeling frustrated. She is patient, knows how to really listen and tailor bespoke realistic programs taking into account each individual's lifestyle and constraints. I lost 12kg as a consequence within 3 months despite a very busy and stressful work life. She made it easy for me and I never felt tired nor depleted. Ms Faby is very approachable, takes the time to get to know your dietary habits, medical history and anything that could have an impact on nutrition. Subsequently, she was swift at submitting an action plan with options and was professional with her follow up. Her input was a great boost to suppress snacking. I achieved my goal without any internal struggle.
