Ms Michelle Lewis

Michelle is an experienced physiotherapist and has worked in London's most respected clinics, including the renowned King Edward VII Hospital. She believes in creating a rounded treatment plan for her clients, not only to ease and heal existing complaints but to help them better understand their bodies so that they can build strength and resilience against future injuries.

Michelle obtained her physiotherapy degree from Kings College London and supports that with training in mat work and equipment-based pilates and providing acupuncture. She supports her clients to learn more about their bodies and how to maintain them with a tailor-made treatment plan that understands each individuals needs; treating them holistically with manual-therapy and exercise based treatments.

Michelle is passionate about maximising physical health for her clients and has founded the Restore and Reform Initiative which creates rehabilitation retreats for those recovering from injury.
