Throughout my treatment, I have been extremely grateful for Mrs. Harris's kindness, professionalism, patience and expertise. She always made me feel listened to and treated me with genuine compassion and respect, which meant a great deal to me, particularly during what was not always an easy time. Her calm and reassuring manner, together with the time she took to explain things clearly, gave me a great deal of confidence and reassurance. I truly appreciate the dedication and care she showed me, and I feel very fortunate to have been under her care.

Mrs Harris treated me with an aquablation procedure for an enlarged prostrate that was impinging on my urinary function. I found her to be friendly, knowledgeable and comforting for what was a distressing condition. She kept me informed and discussed potential options and outcomes in a very clear and understandable manner. She was supportive and available during my hospital stay and reassuring post-op with clear guidance on how /and when to contact if needed. The procedure has made a real difference and I was glad to have received my treatment from her and her team.

Mrs Harris has a genuine interest and is well informed in women’s urological health. She is a very good listener and quickly gains a good understanding of your issues and needs. She is methodical, well prepared and easy to talk to about any concerns. My personal experience of virtually continuous urinary infections with pain had virtually taken over my life and at this point I needed someone who understood how badly this was impacting on my quality of life. This she did, and now I can happily say in my case things have definitely improved, I really can’t thank her enough..

Reassess my longstanding OAB. Examination and consultation led to change of diet and toilet practices. Improvement perceived.

The consultation was friendly and informative. My main objective was to have a 'sense check' against the advice I had received to date. This was done in a very constructive way that reinforce the treatment pathway I had chosen.

I found Mrs Harris to be very understanding about my condition and my concerns were treated with respect and understanding. I was offered clear options and choice as part of the diagnosis and aftercare. It’s nice to know that I have her to liaise with if I have any future concerns.

I was having numerous UTI’s and urinary urgency. Mrs Harris listened and prescribed several different treatments. I now appear to have everything under control and have stopped getting the infections and my urgency has improved.

I’m 64 and for the last 5 years have increasingly suffered from symptoms of Benign Prostate Enlargement (BRE) mainly excessive nighttime trips to the toilet. During this period I was under the care of ever changing Urologists in London but without any positive treatments other than being prescribed Tamsulosin which hasn’t been particularly effective. Having recently moved out of London into the Warwick area I wanted to take the opportunity to move forward to a more effective and permanent solution. A Consultant in another field at Warwick Hospital recommended I went to Mrs Maya Harris for an initial consultation. I found Mrs H. to be very empathetic, conscientious and knowledgeable in her field. She examined me and provided clear information on the various alternative surgical procedures including Aquablation of the prostate which was the one I was leaning towards due to it less invasive nature and apparent fewer side effects.. I look forward to moving forward with Mrs H. In the near future to achieve a permanent lasting solution to my prostate issues.

Mrs Harris was incredibly professional but at the same time empathic and understanding. I felt comfortable and reassured. Even over the Christmas period she responded to my questions about my recovery. It was much appreciated.
