About Dr Elisabeth Ball
Dr Elisabeth Ball is a Consultant Rheumatologist with a specialist interest in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of inflammatory and autoimmune musculoskeletal conditions. She qualified in medicine (MB BCh) in 2002 from Queen’s University of Belfast and has extensive experience caring for patients with both acute and long-term rheumatological disorders.
Her clinical interests include rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus (lupus), gout, polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR), vasculitis and other connective tissue diseases. She also has expertise in the assessment and treatment of bursitis and soft tissue conditions.
