About Mr Naveen Cavale
Mr Naveen Cavale is an accredited NHS Plastic surgeon at King's College Hospital and Guy's & St. Thomas' Hospitals, London with a busy Private Practice at Real Plastic Surgery in central London. Specialising in face-lifts, rhinoplasty, and breast surgery, Mr Cavale has a great passion for his work, and always puts the needs of his patients first. Always putting his patients at ease, he will never 'sell' surgery. He also favours natural-looking results which he believes last longer and are the least likely to cause problems further down-the-line.
Mr Cavale qualified in 1995 from University College London and went on to gain several post-graduate qualifications, including a master's in surgical science and speciality training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He also gained membership with the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh), the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeons, and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, of which he is also the national secretary. He was the previous clinical director at King's College Hospital (2017-2021) and the director of surgery at the Cadogan Clinic London (2019-2021).
Mr Cavale is internationally renowned for his excellent practice and has travelled across the world to where he feels his reconstructive surgical skills were heavily required. In addition to this, he has also shared his knowledge and techniques to aid in the training of the next generation of plastic and reconstructive surgeons.

My recovery has also been so much easier than I expected, and I haven’t had any problems at all. Mr Cavale is truly a master of his craft. His work is amazing and the result is honestly better than I could have hoped for. Everything looks so natural and I couldn’t be happier. I feel like I have a completely new confidence in myself. Five stars without a doubt. In my opinion, he’s one of the best breast surgeons in London, and I feel so lucky to have been his patient. I would recommend him without hesitation. I can’t speak highly enough of Naveen Cavale and his wonderful team at the Real Clinic. He’s extremely professional, kind, calm and goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best possible results and experience. I had a breast lift and implant replacement procedure and I’m very happy with the outcome. The aftercare provided by Mr Cavale and the clinic was faultless and I was very grateful for this. He has fantastic team of staff, who are always responsive, friendly, welcoming and all instantly put you at ease. I highly recommend Mr Cavale to anyone looking for exceptional surgical results and patient care.
