I have given excellent rating as I feel Mr. Aylott fully deserves it. I am very happy because I dont experience any pain in legs while walking or moving around. I just regret I didnt go for the operation earlier as last months I was in severe pain on high dose of painkillers. Many thanks to Mr. Aylott and all his team.

As a patient with lower back problems under Mr Aylott’s professional care, I cannot tell you how much praise I have for both him and his team. In November 2023 I visited Mr Aylott with my concerns of lower back pain and with his reassurance and treatment I am now living a more mobile life with the confidence to return to doing the things that I love the most without pain. I cannot tell you how much praise I have for The UK Spine Centre, Mr Aylott, Vicky, Ellen and Sue and all the team in London. Oh yes and a big shout out to Rosemary the lovely receptionist. The care and the kindness I experienced was outstanding. All the staff went the extra mile to meet my needs and were wonderful. Thank you once again Mr Aylott. I just thought you ought to know that I will be spreading the word about The UK Spine Centre. Sammy

My experience was extremely positive. My Aylott had clearly reviewed my case in detail ahead of my appointment...and he was able to explain my problem and potential solution in a clear...meaningful way. The appointment allowed sufficient time for me to asked all my "silly" questions and get some real clarity. Following my review I elected to have a small procedure and was able to observe his surgical skills first hand being under general aesthetic. He completely controlled the operating theatre whilst explaining to me step by step what was happening and what sensations I would feel. An outstanding surgeon and I greatly appreciate his help.
Thank you for your kind words. We are very glad your experience was so positive and your symptoms are improved. We never consider a patient's questions as 'silly' and understand the importance of ensuring the patient fully understands their own problem.

I had an incredible life-changing experience, thanks to Almighty God, with whose blessings I came in contact with Mr. Casper Aylott, a successful surgeon and a gem of a person. He is a thorough professional and blessed with a Midas touch. He is brilliant with immaculate diagnostic skills. I have been suffering from sciatica pain for over two years and have tried various treatments with no success. When I visited him the first time, he diagnosed me with a bull's eye. I was highly impressed with him as he reached a precise conclusion on day one. He explained to me very clearly the root cause and the remedy, including the risks involved. He also advised me on the rate of success in my case if I opted for surgery, which was the best option with a long-lasting cure. I was full of doubts and had several questions about the surgery, including the risks involved, his experience and recovery time. He patiently answered all my questions to my satisfaction. On the same day, I was able to decide on the surgery. The key factors that helped me make a decision were as follows. -Confidence, knowledge, expertise and positivity of Mr. Aylott -The surgery would be of a minimally invasive nature -I would be able to walk on my feet a few hours after surgery and shall be discharged from the hospital the same day after surgery -I shall not be bedridden after surgery; I must keep myself mobile and help with daily life routines. The exciting part is he kept his word. I could walk with ease soon after a few hours after surgery without sciatica pain; I was discharged from the hospital and went back to my accommodation the same day in a taxi. A few days back, I visited him for a follow-up after complete recovery; he suggested I return to work. My family and I are grateful to Mr Aylott and pray to God to give him the strength to keep doing good work and help humanity. I strongly recommend Mr Aylott for any spine-related issues, with the guarantee that you will be diagnosed and treated with honesty and professionalism.
Dear Mr K, Thank you for your kind words. It has been a pleasure to help you and we wish you all the best returning back to work and all other activities.

Mr Aylott listened carefully to my description of symptoms, undertook a review of my movements and mobility, particularly around hips and pelvis. His explanations post MRI were detailed and clear. He always spoke directly to me, maintaining good eye contact. I have had 2 visits to Cheltenham and 1 to the Harley Street Hospital. Experiences on all occasions were very good.
Thank you for taking the time to send us a review of your experiences in both Cheltenham and the London Clinic. We're glad you felt listened to and now have a better understanding of your back.

I wanted to come here to voice out my gratitude to Mr Aylott for changing my life!!! and to encourage anyone thinking about seeing him. I'm a young woman who has lost the last 9 years of my life to chronic lower back pain, and only wish I found him sooner. I spent 9 years with the nhs trying to get some answers and help, only to be constantly passed around with no action. Dr Aylott was the only consultant that has sat and listened to me rather than pushing their thoughts onto me. He listened, and then took great time to explain all of what was going on with my spine. Wanting to keep me away currently from surgery he suggested we try injections first. What I really liked about Mr Aylott too, was that he was never pushy and only suggested all the options that could help me, with so much guidance and answers to all my questions. I decided to go ahead with the injections, I was really scared. Soon as the day arrived his team were fantastic with me, and then when it came to going into the theatre room he was there with a warm smile still answering any questions or doubts. He was absoultley fantastic, kept me calm and gently talked me all the way through the process. After it was over I went home to rest.. 2 days later for the first time in 9 years, I was able to wake up and get right out of bed pain free and standing upright!! for the following week I cried every morning with Joy...Waking up and being able to just walk like any normally person was very rare for me without drugs... I CANNOT thank Mr Aylott enough, he's changed my life, my physical body and my mental health. Im so looking forwards to finally getting on with mylife without walking stick on standby! Worth every penny.

Such was the excellent service I received recently from Dr. Aylott at the UK Spine Centre I felt compelled to send the below feedback to his medical secretary: Thank you very much for the excellent and very detailed report from Dr. Aylott which is both reassuring and a valuable summary of my low back condition. I would kindly appreciate if you could pass on my sincere thanks to Dr. Aylott for his professional advice, informative consultation and report, and above all else his empathetic approach in reassuring me that its thankfully not yet time to hang up my various sporting attire which for me is a huge relief… thank you indeed! Wishing Dr. Aylott, his team and of course yourself a wonderful Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year…

After four years of undiagnosed debilitating lower back, buttock and leg pain and numerous fruitless NHS and private appointments (including several injections targeting the wrong areas in my back), my husband persuaded me to visit the UK Spine Centre where I met Mr Caspar Aylott at his one-stop clinic. I had a consultation, MRI scan and diagnosis in one afternoon and a week later returned to the Harley Street Hospital for L5 nerve root block and caudal epidural. The pain relief was instant, and now, 8 weeks later I am at least 75% pain free and enjoying life again. Thank you so much Mr Aylott - I just wish I had found you sooner!
