Mr Ananth Vijendren is professional with his patients. He offers clear explanations and demonstrates great skill in adult ENT procedures like septoplasty, tympanoplasty, and in various paediatric surgeries. Patients report excellent outcomes, with many noting improved breathing and resolution of ear conditions. These successful treatments address significant hearing loss and a wide range of adult ear, nose, and throat concerns.
5-Star Review for Mr Vijendren I would highly recommend Mr Vijendren to anyone requiring ENT care. From my first consultation through to my successful tympanoplasty, he was professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Mr Vijendren took the time to explain my condition and the procedure in detail, ensuring I fully understood every aspect of my treatment. He was patient, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. His clear communication and reassuring manner gave me complete confidence and helped ease any anxiety I had about the surgery. The operation was a success, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Throughout the entire process, Mr Vijendren and his team provided excellent care and support, making me feel valued and well looked after. Thank you, Mr Vijendren, for your expertise, kindness, and dedication. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care I received and would not hesitate to recommend you to others.
Excellent explanation and clear instructions throughout the consultation
Very professional, clear communication and super effective
He was incredibly helpful and did an awesome job. Was always professional and got straight to the root of the issue, 10/10
Really pleasant person, knew exactly what was wrong and righted it, so pleased with my visit I feel like my old self again .
Mr Vijendren was excellent at pinpointing the cause of my symptoms and the need of the surgery. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring about the symptoms and the procedure. He handled the whole experience from the first consultation through to surgery and the follow-up with care and professionalism that left me not only cured but feeling confident and very happy with the treatment.
I felt really rushed. He asked if I minded if he used an AI app for taking notes I said that was fine. He asked me a question, I responded and he hen he spoke I thought he was asking another question or for clarification, so I started speaking again, but he was actually just speaking to the AI. I felt awkward and embarrassed. it was a very short conversation and then I had my hearing test. I went back in to see Mr Vijendren and he basically said the hearing test was the same as I had at specsavers and could be explained by age and hormones. He said I don’t appear to be someone too bothered by my symptoms and I said that was the case that I was managing it but was worried about it getting worse. I mentioned acid reflux and he did a perfunctory look in my throat. I was told to just manage the symptoms, it’s basically all in my head and can have some sort of CBT. When I said I would be interested in finding out about this he seemed surprised. I felt like he thought I was wasting his time. He didn’t take the time to ask questions, build rapport or give any explanations or discuss a care path.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We are constantly finding ways of improving our service and find patient feedback an invaluable way of doing so. Mr Vijendren would be very happy to offer you another consultation without charge to go through your tinnitus, how it affects you and some management options that would benefit you.
Mr Vijendren was fantastic. He really listened to me, and then ran some tests, and explained the outcomes in a very thorough way. My only criticism is that some of the equipment in the testing room for ear problems wasn’t working properly which was a shame that the tests could not be conducted properly, but that was not his fault. I hope that is something that One Hatfield will address

Thank you for your kind words and sorry that we could not get all the tests and equipment to work. Nevertheless so grateful that I managed to help you with your issues
