I was dealt with very professionally throughout. Mr Fry couldn’t have been more approachable and helpful. I was offered an appointment for the day after my request and I received a copy of the letter Mr Fry sent to my GP two days after my appointment.
.Many thanks to Mr Fry and his team for their great and professional service. Unexpectedly I noticed a white mouth lesion which didn't go away even after 4 weeks. It was reassuring to see an expert in his field. Mr Fry performed the biopsy himself and all is well and the biopsy site healed very well with no complications. Thanks again!....'
From the initial consultation to the surgery itself, I was very happy to be under Mr Fry's care. Mr Fry is clearly an exceptional and skilled surgeon with a warm and friendly manner - I immediately felt that I was in very safe hands. Mr Fry also ensured that I was informed about the procedure, explaining my options thoroughly so I felt entirely at ease, despite any nerves that I had about the procedure. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Fry and his team. Kind regards, Becky
Dear Mr Fry and all your fantastic head and neck team. I owe you such a debt of gratitude over the last 4 years since my operation. Many thanks.
Many sincere thanks for your wonderful surgery and kind care and attention. Much appreciated.
At my appointment last week, Dr. Fry said he would like to see a photo of my lip after my procedure so I have attached 2 for him. I'm delighted with the result and have had absolutely no problems. I had meant to tell him how thankful I was to you for sorting everything out for me. I'm also very grateful to Dr. Fry for being so reassuring and just very nice!
All is well, just some swelling and discomfort but as expected. Can I just again thank you for all your help in getting this resolved so quickly and for Mr Fry's excellent surgery. You have made a difficult situation so much easier.
A BIG thank you to you and all your team, you said you would look after me and you certainly did! I received simply first class treatment
