The whole experience from my perspective as patient was excellent. The professionalism of Mr Fry and his team made a very frightening episode manageable. I was particularly impressed by the speed and empathy of the communications with Mr Fry and his team.

Mr Fry, who was introduced to me by a friend, he has been charming, clear and informative, an acknowledged expert and recognised as such by his peers; with an unusually high level of emotional intelligence. I respect and like him a lot.

Mr. Fry has a great way of conveying professional guidance and the not so ideal details associated with it without making it overwhelming or scary for the patient going through it. This has been exceptionally helpful in helping me deal with my oral cancer diagnosis, treatment and on going monitoring/check ups.

Arrived and seen on time, procedure fully explained. As always Mr Fry was empathetic, kind and reassuring. I am and still are very happy with Mr Fry’s care and support.

I could not fault my experience of Mr Fry or his team. I was in a bad way with cancer of the jaw and came to Mr Fry because, on diagnosis, my usual hospital did not seem confidently to know how to treat it, or what exactly to do. From my first encounter with Mr Fry his infectious 'can do' attitude was clear and supportive and more importantly he has the remarkable skill, knowledge and experience to back it up. The cancer has been removed along with my jaw which has been replaced by remarkable reconstruction; my treatment is, for the while, ongoing, but thanks to Alastair Fry and his team, the likely outcome now is fully curative. It genuinely was my lucky day when I found him and his excellent team.
