On my recent visit, Sanjeev was checking the progress of my recent surgery performed by himself. Both he and I are very happy with progress and I can only thank the surgeon and his team. Friendly, comfortable and with genuine regard is how I would describe my interactions from start to finish.
Mr Chitnis and all of the Nurses, Physio and staff at Ross Hall were excellent when I was having an Operation and followup treatment. Always made me feel relaxed and the professionalism exemplary. Thankyou.
I recently visited dr chitnis with a wrist injury that had been ongoing since February this year. He was very professional and was able to tell me my MRI results promptly and answer all questions that I had. He then got me booked in for surgery, he explained in great detail which procedures I would be having and what to expect. I was very nervous for the surgery but he was quick to put my mind at ease. I’ve since seen him at a few follow up appointments for dressing/stitch removal and then also to check the mobility of my wrist after surgery. He gave me physio/exercise and scar massage instructions, explaining to me very clearly what to do and what to expect at each stage of my recovery. I felt extremely at ease at all appointments and am very grateful he was able to rectify my injury.
Everyone I met was extremely attentive and caring. Mr Chitnis was extremely competent, informative and pleasant. The surgery was completely successful and my time in theatre (under LA) was not at all stressful and everything was explained to me . I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Chitnis and Ross Hall hospital to anyone considering relevant surgery.
Excellent experience throughout from my initial consultation, surgery and aftercare. I have had a succesdful operation for 2 trigger fingers and after 6 weeks back to normal use.
Very pleasant experience all staff very helpful and the consultant Mr Chitnis was very reassuring and professional
Final visit with air Chitnis was, as always, a pleasure. He takes the time to explain things and give helpful and encouraging advice.
I have been fortunate to have used Mr Chitnis services 3 times and each time he has been so thoroughly professional and approachable. He goes out of his way to make me feel comfortable about the procedures and is happy to explain anything I ask of him. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
