Mr Chitnes has been helping me for the past 3 years with issues to both knees. My most recent visit was a checkup after receiving injections to the left knee. Mr Chitnes was very clear on what my next steps should be
Good visit knee seems a lot better hope I don’t need to go back too soon I’m
Im lucky enough to have the benefit of choosing a specialist when i require diagnosis and treatment, and I would 100% use Mr Chitnis again.
A fantastic surgeon. So generous with his time explaining exactly what he would be doing & expectations for a smooth recovery. His aftercare in follow up appointments was also quite superb. Could not recommend more highly.
I contacted Mr Chitnis in order to discuss with him if he might be able to operate on my left hand whose fingers remained inflexible and dysfunctional, when, after contracting Guillain-Barre Syndrome, previous operations in England had proven unsuccessful in improving flexibility and function. Despite the loss of tissue making a further operation complex, Mr Chitnis agreed to operate and did so with the utmost professionalism, patience and care. I would not hesitate to have Mr Chitnis again operate on my hand(s) should this be necessary.
Mr Chitnis is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and will go out of his way to help.
Mr Chitnis explained the procedure in detail and made sure I was happy before proceeding. Post op after care was great both immediately after and in the weeks following.
I had surgery on my left wrist and the care and attention i received from Mr Chitnis was exeptional. This is the third proceedure Mr Chitnis has performed on me and each time he has been fantastic right from the initial consultation, the proceedure its self and then the follow up appointments.
From the moment I walked into Ross hall Hospital I was treated to a friendly face at reception who dirome to the nurses up stairs who then showed me to my room.. The room itself was lovely and clean and pleasant to be in.. As I had settled in a Dr Chitnis came in to see me and have a chat with me about the procedure he was going to be performing on my thumb later that morning.. As I was led downstairs to the operating theatre I was in good hands of the anaesthetists who was friendly and chatty and put me at ease before he put me to sleep.. When I came to the nurse was there making sure I was ok and then took me back to my room to recover.. Later that afternoon the nurse came in and told me that she had called my brother to come and fetch me and take me home… So overall I was very very with the whole procedure from start to finish and I’m very grateful to Dr Chitnis who was very friendly and very professional from start to finish.. Thanks again Dr Chitnis for everything you have done for me.. Kinds regards David
Dt Chitnis listened to my concerns and then proceeded to do a battery of tests to ascertsin the correct course of action. Everything was explained clearly and I was able to understand
