From my very first meeting with Richard Hargrove I felt totally at ease, and very confident in his ability to sort my problem. When I was in hospital he made sure I received the highest standards of care and that I wasn’t at any time in pain. His bedside manner was exemplary.

I had an excellent experience. Mr Hargrove was attentive and considerate. He provided clear explanations regarding the procedure, pre and post surgery. He answered questions clearly, openly and transparently.

Mr Hargrove has overseen both my hip replacements and during the two years that I have had the pleasure of dealing with him I have nothing but praise for his professionalism, work ethic and bedside manner. Most importantly his two successful hip replacement operations have changed my life as I am now pain free.

There is only one word to describe Mr Hargrove… Genius, he explained the procedure he was going to carry out in an easy to understand way, is friendly and professional, I followed his after care advice and I am back to living a normal life after 6 weeks of having the operation. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Hargrove for their health care, they won’t be disappointed.

My experience with Mr Hargrove was first class from the initial consultation,the operating theatre,post operation visits whilst still in hospital and the post operation consultation after I had returned home .On each occaision with his relaxed manner he put me at ease and explained complex issues in very simple terms so that I had the fullest possible grasp of the situation.His surgical skills are outstanding as evidenced in the post operation X-ray,the speed and manner with which I recovered from the operation which enabled me to stop taking all painkillers within 10 days of returning home and from about 7 or 8 weeks after the operation I have been walking unaided with a good walking action for up to one and a half hours per day, all of which makes me highly delighted it was Mr Hargrove who was my surgeon.

Mr Richard Hargrove has helped me have an amazing experience. For me it was a slightly daunting prospect having this surgery and I was instantly at ease from our first consultation. The booking process with Dyone was 1st class whilst Mr Richard Hargrove‘s other colleagues involved were caring and empathetic. On the day of the surgery he was happy and cheerful which further relaxed and calmed me.
