Mr Ramesh Kumar Gurunathan

Mr Ramesh Gurunathan works as a Consultant ENT and Head & Neck Surgeon at Southern Health and Social Care Trust (Craigavon Area Hospital & Daisy Hill Hospital, Newry). He has special interest in Head & Neck and Thyroid Surgery and is a core member of Head & Neck MDT at Belfast. Mr Gurunathan has undergone an extensive specialist training in ENT and Head & Neck Surgery in Northern Ireland, England and India and was working as a substantive Consultant Head & Neck Surgeon at a tertiary care hospital in North of England before relocating to Northern Ireland. 

Mr Gurunathan deals with all general ENT problems for both adults and children including benign and malignant head and neck diseases. He sees private patients at Kingsbridge Private Hospital, Belfast, Kingsbridge Private Hospital Northwest, Ballykelly and Hillsborough Private Clinic.

Mr Gurunathan has special interest in Head and Neck including both benign and cancer diseases, thyroid lumps and salivary gland problems. Mr Gurunathan also regularly deal with general ENT  conditions like recurrent tonsillitis, hearing loss, ear infections, wax impactions, tinnitus, dizziness, sinus infections, nasal polyps, deviated nose, snoring, voice disorders, acid reflux both in adult and paediatric population at his NHS and private practice.
