Mr Raghavan Sampath

Mr Raghavan Sampath is a consultant ophthalmologist, an eyelid, lacrimal and orbit surgeon, and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University Hospital of Leicester. He subspecialises in corrective eyelid/periocular plastic surgery, as well as in lacrimal and orbit surgery, and performs around one thousand surgical interventions a year in these fields.

Mr Sampath lectures widely in the field of ophthalmology and is also an examiner for the Royal College of Ophthalmologists and a reviewer for their journal. He is a widely recognised expert who is regularly invited to lecture at scientific meetings, and to operate, teach and perform live surgical demonstrations both nationally and overseas.
