Mr Popa is truly an amazing surgeon both skill and ability wise and his whole demeanour . He is so chilled and relaxed and makes you feel very much at ease for what is a frightening surgery if you think about it. For someone who has had surgery go wrong in the past you can imagine I had a significant amount of questions and needed constant reassurance and he provided that reassurance even when explaining the potential risks (which I understand surgeons have to do legally) you just get a sense you are with the right person. Confident but not arrogant . I would recommend Mr P to anyone who required back surgery - without hesitation!
