Mr Petr Holy

Mr Petr Holy is a Consultant Urologist at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, bringing extensive specialist expertise to men's urological health. Qualifying in medicine from Charles University, Prague, he completed postgraduate specialist urological training and held several clinical posts before his appointment as a Consultant Urologist at Kingston Hospital in 2016.

Mr Holy specialises exclusively in the diagnostic workup and non-surgical management of prostate cancer, male lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), and targeted prostate therapies. His practice centres on precise prostate cancer diagnostic techniques, including transperineal targeted MRI-fusion prostate biopsies, and modern organ-preserving prostate treatments. He has particular subspecialty expertise in evaluating patients for proton beam radiotherapy and performing spacer insertion procedures (SpaceOAR and Barrigel hydrogel rectal spacers) to protect surrounding tissues and minimise radiation toxicity during prostate radiotherapy.
