Meet Owain Evans

Owain Evans is a GCC-registered Doctor of Chiropractic (MChiro) and a Fellow of the British Chiropractic Association — a credential held by a small minority of UK chiropractors. He treats the structural and soft-tissue problems that get in the way of training hard and living well.

His approach is biomechanical, not symptomatic. Most pain in active people is mechanical: a joint that isn't moving, a tissue that's overloaded, a pattern that keeps breaking down. Owain maps the whole kinetic chain, finds the actual driver, and treats that — rather than chasing the spot that hurts.

He works with people who don't want to stop. The goal is rarely 'rest it for six weeks'. It's to get you back under the bar, back on the bike, back to your sessions — with a body that holds up.
