I initially had my reservations with this type of treatment but as the sessions went on and I was noticing the difference in my back i had to continue. My back continues to feel rather great and I’m doing more exercise than ever. I’m really so glad I persevered.
He listened to my explanation of how my chronic pain was affecting my life and how to retrain my brain to almost deflect the signals it was trying to give me. He said that I had to try and relax, exercise gently to try and stop the ongoing merryground pain and discomfort I was getting.
Very good explanation of how to deal with my problems and how to go forward.
