Mr Modi was clear in his explanations & reassuring.

Neil Modi is a very warm, caring individual , who offers a calm but reassuring approach in his person to person consultations. He gives sufficient time to explain, respond and communicate his strategic approach for treatment. He comes across as being confident, experienced and genuinely empathetic. He shows pleasure in the progress made and motivates a patient to have hope that more can be done. He clearly wants to be available when required In the future , which is comforting.

Mr Modi is very knowledgeable, caring, efficient & professional at all times. He explains everything very clearly and is very patient orientated which is very much appreciated as my mum suffers from dementia so needs clear & concise information.

Mr Modi was my consultant and surgeon for glaucoma stent surgery and for cataract surgery on both eyes. He is very experienced in both of these areas and it shows. He was absolutely brilliant. I cannot thank him enough. Throughout the process, he explained procedures clearly, making sure that I understood what the next steps would be. He was patient and reassuring at all times from the pre-operative consultation right to the end of the recovery process. His attention to detail and his kindness were exemplary.

I felt completely comfortable with what would happen during my procedure and had every confidence in Mr Modi for a successful outcome.

The procedure was a fiddly one and the outcome could not be known until after a subsequent biopsy, so I was apprehensive. However I was properly supported by Dr Modi and his team at every stage, making sure I was fully informed and as prepared as possible. The procedure itself was as quiet, gentle and professional an experience as one could ever hope for.
