Mr Laurens Holve

Laurens Holve is an experienced osteopath and acupuncturist with over 35 years of practice. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiology from University College London (1980) and a Diploma in Osteopathic and Naturopathic Medicine from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (1984). Laurens began his osteopathic career in 1984 and established his private practice that same year. He has since expanded his expertise with postgraduate studies in acupuncture, including training at Colombo South General Hospital in Sri Lanka (1985), Renji Hospital in Shanghai, China (1987), and further clinical training in Shanghai in 1991.

In addition to his qualifications in osteopathy and acupuncture, Laurens completed a Diploma in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the College of Chinese Herbal Medicine in London (1994) and has gained further expertise in Medical Acupuncture through a Foundation Course with the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS) in 2009. He also attended Masterclass Trigger Point treatments under Bob Gerwin in 2014 & 2016.

Laurens is a member of several professional bodies, including the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), the Institute of Osteopathy (IOO), and the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine (MRCHM).

Laurens founded his private practice in 1984 and currently operates two clinics: Laurens Holve Healthcare Clinic in North London and Woking, Surrey. He regularly attends professional development events to stay up-to-date with the latest treatments and techniques in osteopathy, acupuncture, and dry needling.
