I had upper jaw surgery which all went very smoothly. Speaking to Mr Duncan the morning of my surgery put me at ease as he explained everything and answered all my questions. The surgery and recovery overall has been an easy process thanks to all the guidance and support i’ve received.

I found Mr. Duncan’s warmth and professionalism a great comfort right from the first handshake. I have been experiencing an ongoing gum issue for some time, which had understandably left me feeling quite anxious. However, following my consultation with Mr. Duncan, I felt immediately reassured. He is very personable and has a natural way of putting you at ease. I felt confident in his approach, his thorough examination, and the way he explained the situation clearly. After seeing other professionals previously, I now feel that I am in safe hands and that I will finally have the answers I have been seeking. I was also very impressed with how quickly my biopsy appointment was arranged. In addition, his clear directions for the hospital X-ray appointment were much appreciated and it was a pleasant, straightforward walk.

The care and professionalism I received during my appointments and surgery was second to none. I had a few appointments before my Genioplasty was carried out and all my appointments were on time. I was quite nervous going into surgery but the team were great and helped to keep me calm. After the surgery my healing and care was smooth and I made a speedy recovery. I would have no hesitation recommending Mr Miles, his skill and experise are evident from the great results that were achieved.

Great experience, great doctor made me feel at ease

I attended an appointment with Mr Duncan last week and he was very welcoming and friendly. He removed a skin cancer from my forehead and it was carried out with very little discomfort - I barely felt the local anaesthetic injections and the scar is smaller than I thought it would be. The whole process of this quite scary procedure was much better than I had anticipated and Mr Duncan and his nurse explained every step of the way through my treatment. I would strongly recommend them for any lumps or bumps that you need removing from your face .
