I found my visit to Mr Smith to be positive and reassuring. I feel that I can rely on him to look after my eyes and, if or when treatment is required, he will look after me.

The preliminary eye examination/tests were conducted efficiently and the staff member was very approachable and I felt comfortable asking questions and explaining my concerns. The consultation with Mr Smith was thorough and reassuring as I was very anxious and concerned about both the glaucoma and cataract implications for my vision. My concerns were recognised and allayed and future treatment clearly detailed. - a very positive experience thank you.

My experience was very satisfactory. Appointments were on time, in a comfortable environment. Explanations of the diagnosis and proposed treatments were clearly explained.
