I had a consultation with Mr Kuo recently, which was a delightful experience. Mr Kuo was knowledgeable and had extensive experience. He patiently examined my throat with explanations of each step and responses to my concerns. To ascertain the cause, he also discussed with me some of my eating and drinking habits that could contribute to the symptoms. I left the consultation with a eased mood and confidence in elimininating the symptoms with his diagnosis and prescription.
Mr Kuo was helpful and informative from the start, he put me at ease straight away and I felt nothing was to much trouble for him. I would have no issues recommending him to anyone.
Mr Kuo was thorough in his examination and explanations of both the diagnosis and the options available to me as well as taking time to answer all of my questions.
My 2-year-old son recently had his tonsils and adenoids removed by Mr. Kuo, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. From start to finish, I felt my son was in the safest of hands. Mr. Kuo’s guidance was thorough, and he took the time to keep us fully informed throughout the entire process. He was always responsive to our questions and concerns, which provided great reassurance during what could have been a stressful time. Thank you, Mr. Kuo, for your professionalism, exceptional bedside manner, and genuine care and support. We are deeply grateful for the excellent care our son received.
After months of discomfort and throbbing in my ears Mr. Kuo has managed to alleviate the symptoms. I can watch the TV now (without sub-titles) and the continual throbbing has gone. My daughter insisted that I see Mr Kuo as he previously operated on my Granddaughter, and she highly recommended him.
We brought our son in to be assessed by Mr Kuo earlier in the summer- from the moment we walked in to the room his focus was on our son and making sure he felt comfortable and at ease with what could have been quite a scary experience for a 3 year old. We knew from that moment that we had chosen the right person for the job. On the day of our son's adenotonsilectomy Mr Kuo paid all the children a visit to go through the procedure with us all, answer any questions we had and to see how all the children were doing. Following the operation he came back to see us to explain how it went and ensure us that our son was doing well which we really appreciated. Overall we received outstanding and very personable treatment from Mr Kuo and couldn't recommend him more, especially to those who have children!
Dr. Kuo is simply the most knowledgeable and skilled ENT in Birmingham, so he was our first choice for my child. As it turns out, he also is very kind and prompt in communicating with patients. Would highly recommend!
Mr Kuo was able to get my son in for surgery within just a few days. He provided excellent explanation of the procedure and he was so kind and reassuring to my son. His recovery has been excellent so far and I’m very relieved that he has been able to get the surgery he needed and we can get back to normality, hopefully free from recurrent infections.
Very professional and supportive service. Great experience all round from start to finish. Appointments were on schedule with minimum waiting time.
