I have found mr craft reel and his team to be very professional and pleasant. I am very happy with treatment I have received and would highly recommend mr crabtree and his team
Great experience from start to finish. I was treated like a person and not a number. The operation was explained well in simple terms.
As ever, very impressed with the calm, friendly professionalism of Mr Crabtree. Encouraged questions and clearly answered. Reassured by his comments.
For each of the initial consultation, surgery and post-op follow-up Mr Crabtree provided an excellent service, instilling confidence through friendly yet consise communication. My hernia repair operation was very much a success and my speedy recovery I believe was down to the surgical skills of Mr Crabtree. It would have been nice for me to have had a brief meeting with Mr Crabtree on the day (the post-operation) to discuss a concern. That said, the nurse looking after me was able to convey that all had gone well and that no complications were envisaged.
Mr Crabtree has a reassuring, friendly and pleasant manner. He explains things in a way that can be understood by your everyday patient.
I cannot fault any part of mt treatment journey. Mr Crabtree was fantastic
