Mr Ritchie explained the current state of my feet , but was unable to give a confident diagnosis without scans and X-rays. These to organised with possible health insurance cover. He then described the possible treatments he could offer and answered all my questions clearly and helpfully. he had a pleasant manner which put me at ease.
