I had a great experience with Mr Ritchie. He was professional and welcoming and explained everything to me. He explained the process, the routes I may have to go down. He referred me straight away for an MRI and told me to book a follow up quickly.

Mr Ritchie was very pleasant, he examined the areas of concern & explained the results of my recent scans. He advised on a treatment plan pre-operatively & has written to my GP to refer me for physiotherapy locally before I see Mr Ritchie again in 3 months.

The meeting was on-time. Mr Richie conducted a good investigation and summarised probable causes, conditions and the options available . He advised me of immediate self-help activities which would support recovery . He was sympathetic to my desire to resume pre-incident activities, but stressed the limitations of my expectations. Nevertheless, his prognosis was that considerable improvement of my current mobility could be achieved. He stated he would be better informed of the best course of action following an MRI. His manner was both professional and friendly.
