Mr Jake Alsop

Jake first graduated with honours from Brunel University with a
degree in Sports Science, where he focused on the biomechanics and physiology
of the athlete and human performance.

He later graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a
Masters degree, and has osteopathic experience working in hospital and private
clinics, sports clinics and community centres. He also gained a Sports Massage
and Medical Acupuncture qualifications to further help his patinets, specialising
in sports injuries, strength and conditioning, and performance optimisation for
dancers, strength athletes, crossfit practitioners  and many more.

In 2022, Jake also extended his knowledge and insight by training
in musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound and has been integrating sonography into
his osteopathic practice – offering his patients a fantastic blend of diagnosis
and prognosis based on his functional biomechanical insights and sonographic
acuity, manual therapy and trigger point dry needling, combined with spinal and
peripheral joint manipulation and training programme prescription.
