Warm approach but direct explanation of my situation
Firstly thank you so much for your help when I attended Mr. Kalpesh Patel’s Clinic. As always I rely so much on the expertise of Mr. Patel for suction of ear wax, which can be most concerning for me. His most helpful and friendly manner is most appreciated by me. I have been to see him on many occasions at four or five different venues and it always a real pleasure and I greatly appreciate his expertise with his very supportive and helpful staff in Harley Street.
