Mr Coveney explained my proposed procedure thoroughly. I found him to be professional and informative. He made me feel comfortable. Basically, a good meeting.

Mr Coveney had an easy manner which made chatting to him extremely comfortable. He explained exactly what the problem was and what the treatment would be so I came away very reassured.

Staff couldn’t have been better. My only complaint would be the seating area. It was very uncomfortable and crowded. I always feel this about the seats in any hospital I’ve been to. Generally people are feeling pretty ill/tired when they come to hospital and a more comfortable seat would be so appreciated. Especially where people have to wait for long periods of time.

Very polite, informative and helpful. Excellent bedside manner, professional care quality & explanation & well described understanding of symptoms. Gave a great care plan that made sense. Went into depth of cause and reasoning of illness, which did become slightly confusing, but overall great care & I felt well looked after
