Mr David Platten

David Platten is a registered Osteopath and sports massage therapist with experience in treating chronic pain, mothers and babies as well as any sporting problems.

David has a strong reputation and experience working in the Fitness Industry having worked as a personal trainer since 1999. He transfers these skills to train and treat his patients with various rehabilitation exercises, combined with medical acupuncture and massage.

David has special interests in sports injuries. Having competed in a number of endurance events over the years David appreciates the need for treatment and reassurance that the body will not break down.

Patients who are new to taking part in events will panic that they won't be able to start or finish a race. David gives the patient the time, care and empathy to support them through their training up to race day.

Whatever the patient objective is David will treat so that they will be able to do what they need to do from running a marathon to picking up a grandchild.

David provides after care and is always seeking ways to improve his treatments and patient care.
