I had an excellent experience with Mr Arvind Singh at Bishops Wood Hospital today. I have been experiencing dizziness for some time and was feeling quite concerned, but from the moment I met him, I felt reassured and in very safe hands. Mr Singh was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and approachable, with an excellent bedside manner. Most importantly, I felt that he genuinely listened to my concerns, took the time to understand my symptoms and explained everything clearly and reassuringly. He provided me with eye exercises to try and, rather than making me feel rushed, reassured me that he would be very happy to see me again in four weeks, or sooner if I felt I needed to, to investigate things further if necessary. It is rare to come across a consultant who combines such a high level of expertise with genuine kindness, patience and compassion. I left feeling much more reassured and confident, and I am extremely grateful for the care and attention he gave me. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr Singh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate consultant. An absolute credit to Bishops Wood Hospital.

I had a really positive experience with Mr Singh. He was extremely professional, thorough and reassuring throughout my appointment. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my symptoms, review my scans in detail and explain his findings clearly. After having ongoing and quite painful symptoms, it was reassuring to finally have someone take the time to properly assess everything and explain what could be causing the pain. I really appreciated how compassionate and attentive he was, and I never felt rushed during the appointment. He gave me clear advice on the next steps and made sure I understood the plan moving forward. I’m very grateful for his professionalism, expertise and reassuring manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an ENT specialist.

Mr Singh was very welcoming and reassuring. He knew I was worried and immediately put my mind at rest. He had a very pleasant easy-going manner and was very easy to talk to -not treating people as his inferiors.

I filled in a simple online request and received an immediate response from his clinical administrator who was exceptional in arranging an appointment and dealing with the follow-up. We saw Mr. Singh at Bishops Wood Hospital. Mr. Singh was outstanding; he was clear in explaining in simple terms the nature of the problem, the management strategy, and what further investigations were needed and why. The primary diagnosis was vestibular migraines. The condition had caused so much worry and anxiety which made the condition harder to manage. A series of exercises were recommended. The exercises made a difference. Mr. Singh was patient, focused through the consultation and follow-up. It was so reassuring to meet him and benefit from his expertise. I highly recommend Mr. Singh.
