Each step of the necessary procedure was clearly explained to me. There was never any pressure about doing the surgery, so ultimately the choice was mine having received all the professional advice I needed to make up my mind. Dr Chakravorty answered all my questions very patiently and the correspondence via his secretary, was always very good, prompt and efficient, which helped reduce any anxiety/worries I might have. My dignity was always looked after at all times.
