Mr Chakravorty was lovely from the moment I walked through the door. He had a very calming nature and explained everything thoroughly to both my partner and me. All of my questions were answered. At the end of my consultation I was given advice as to what to do moving forward, who to speak too and what I could do to make my life more comfortable.
